"Industrial and Logistics Park Burgas" AD is a joint project between the Municipality of Burgas and "National Company Industrial Zones" EAD, which is 100% state-owned. The main activity is related to the construction, management and development of modern-type industrial parks. Given the composition of the shareholders, the support provided to investors is at two institutional levels - regional and national.
The company strives to provide the best possible business conditions for every Bulgarian and foreign investor who has chosen to develop activities in the city of Burgas. The procedures, deadlines and costs for investors are significantly shortened and this results from the planning and development of the infrastructure in the entire industrial zone. "Industrial and Logistics Park Burgas" assists investors in dealing with construction procedures and coordination with other authorities, institutions and utility companies.
"Industrial and Logistics Park Burgas" AD has two separate territories within the city of Burgas - in the Industrial Zone "North" (PHASE 1) and the Industrial Zone "South" (PHASE 2).
After the capacity of the terrains in the Industrial Zone "North" was exhausted, the company was transferred 600 decares of state land. They are located in the Southern Industrial Zone of the city, near the Burgas shipyards and the road connection to the "Meden Rudnik" district. This is actually the Industrial Zone "South" (PHASE 2) of the project. The southern zone will have similar infrastructure parameters to the northern zone - there will be a supply street, storm and domestic sewage, a treatment plant, high-speed internet, gas and other communications.
Important transport connections and distances for the Industrial Zone "South": Port Burgas - 4.5 km; Trakia Motorway - 8 km; Burgas Airport - 12 km; Freight station – 6 km.
