The Interactive Investment Map developed by the Bulgarian Investment Agency (BIA) is designed to provide centralized, up-to-date, and easily accessible information about sites, infrastructure, and institutions of interest to investors.

The platform consolidates strategic data into one location, presented through an intuitive interactive map, enabling orientation and decision-making at both national and regional levels. It is a practical tool for both international and domestic investors, facilitating preliminary assessments of opportunities in industrial and logistics zones, available plots, and investment-ready sites.

The system is continuously updated and enhanced with new features and content thanks to active collaboration with government institutions, municipalities, and business organizations.

Call for Partnership

In this regard, we invite all partner organizations — including national authorities, regional and local governments, chambers of commerce, industry associations, industrial parks, business zones, and others — to support the promotion of the Interactive Investment Map by placing a banner linking to the map on their websites, social media, or mobile applications.

This collaborative effort will help increase Bulgaria’s visibility as an attractive investment destination and make it easier for investors to access relevant data about strategic sites and opportunities across the country.
