"Free Zone - Ruse" EAD is a sole shareholder joint-stock company established with state property, with the sole owner of the capital "National Company Industrial Zones" EAD. The area with the status of "free zone" is separated, fenced and designated as part of the customs territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, where all laws of the country are in force, but tax breaks and customs preferences are provided through the current legislation.

"Free Zone - Ruse" EAD is considered the best developed logistics and industrial center on the territory of the Ruse region:

• Total area - 845,292 sq.m. of which industrial land 377,576 sq. m. with the status of UPI and forest 467,716 sq. m.

• Undeveloped area with UPI status 136,735 sq. m.

• 29 warehouse and industrial buildings with a total area of 30,000 sq. m.

• 20,000 sq. m. open warehouse areas, parking lots

• Industrial railway branch with four blind tracks, depot for light petroleum products, administrative building with separate office premises for rent, and a customs point serving the customers of the zone as a priority.
