"Industrial and Logistics Zone Pernik" is a sole shareholder company, whose capital is owned by the Municipality of Pernik. The company has a single-tier management system and is managed by a Board of Directors. The general meeting of the company is the Municipal Council of Pernik. The company is registered as the operator of "Industrial Park Pernik" in the register of industrial parks at the Ministry of Economy and Industry.

"Industrial Park Pernik" has regulated land properties with various areas. The total area is 344,823 sq.m. The area of the properties in the park is to be determined with the PUP-IP.
