"Suvorovo Industrial Park - Varna West" is the second project of the NKIZ near the seaside capital. It is an initiative aimed at creating a modern industrial environment in Western Varna.
The land planned for the construction of Suvorovo Industrial Park - Varna West covers an area of 391,048 sq. m. They are located 2 km from the town of Suvorovo, in the direction of the village of Vetrino, and are located on both sides of a class III road, part of the national road network. The plots are undeveloped, flat properties - pastures and meadows, which do not fall into water-bearing zones, which allows for quick and economically profitable development.
The development of five new neighborhoods is planned, connected by newly designed internal service streets, with the possibility of expansion through municipal terrain. The urban concept includes areas for production activities, logistics, administrative and commercial functions, as well as green areas, a public service area, a gas plant and a treatment plant.
The planned functional zoning allows flexibility in the distribution of land according to the needs of investors, with the possibility of constructing independent buildings, halls, warehouses or combined facilities. In the southwestern part of the park, a plot for a logistics center with direct access to an existing railway area is planned.
