"National Company Industrial Zones" is developing a project with serious potential in Karlovo, where the large plots are suitable for large-scale investment projects.
The total area of the park is 615,550 sq.m, and the plots are located close to an international road and the railway network. There are options for electricity, water supply, sewerage and telecommunications.
It has five land properties with an area of 60 decares to 200 decares, for which procedures are to be carried out to change the purpose of the land and develop a draft development plan.
