Dobroslavtsi Economic Zone is the first sector-oriented industrial zone in Bulgaria, with the aim of strategic development of the automotive industry in the country. The zone has a first-class location: all major transport corridors (motorways and first-class roads) within the country and abroad are easily accessible due to its proximity to the capital. The territory of the zone is also close to the largest airport in the country – Vasil Levski Airport - Sofia (20 km away). Тhe site, with a total area of 2 900 000 sq.m., includes buildings, existing infrastructure and open areas. It is planned to be developed by forming a new plot and changing the land use from a “Special Use” site to one designated for “Production, warehousing, administrative, commercial and service buildings and facilities”. The zone includes 160 000 sq.m. of hard-surfaced outdoor storage space and 10 000 sq.m. of rentable building stock. "ECONOMIC ZONE DOBROSLAVTSI EAD offers its investor clients prospects in the development of production capacities through the construction of production bases on their side. The future investors, depending on their needs, will be provided with connectivity to the internal technical infrastructure on the territory of the Zone in order to successfully implement their investment intentions.
