INDUSTRIAL ZONE ZAGORE JSC is a result of the joint initiative of the Municipality of Stara Zagora and the local business in partnership with the state owned National Company Industrial Zones PLC.
It offers first class development properties in one of the most dynamic cities in the country. Furthermore, investors will benefit from the full administrative and structural support from the Municipality of Stara Zagora and National Company Industrial Zones PLC.
The zone is located within the boundaries of the city with outstanding access to main state roads and the adjacent “Trakia” highway (around 10 km).
The entire area of the Zone, in the first stage of its construction, is 135,000 sq. m. divided into 11 properties with an area between 15,000 and 4,000 sq. m. All plots of land are offered with built-up technical infrastructure and communications on the basis of an approved DDP.
Additionally, the board of the Zone have committed to the construction and development of an office building. The building will offer available office spaces, halls for events and conferences, restaurants, bank branch and other business related services to facilitate investors.
