ndustrial park Vidin South is a designated territory for which structural, technical and organizational conditions are provided for production activities. The owner of the territory is the company “VN Investzone” Ltd.
Taking into account the potential of the Vidin municipality in terms of the strategic location, the various transport options and the traditions in the production industry, the Company acquired land properties with a total area of 608,117 square meters, as well as the buildings located therein.
For the more efficient development and management of the space, it is registered as “Industrial park Vidin South” in the register of industrial parks under Art. 21, paragraph 1 of the Law on industrial parkswith registration code: 07-00-14-29/24.07.2023, according to Order No. РД-16-813/02.08.2023.
In addition to being the owner of the park, VN Investzone Ltd. also acts as its operator. For the implementation of the company’s activities related to this role, a concept has been developed, according to which, Industrial park Vidin South is of type A – general, in which there is no specialization of production activities, according to Art. 17, paragraph 1 of the Law on industrial parks.
